Peg is an auction platform where you can bid on returned and overstocked items at great prices.

Simply visit our website and sign up with your email address - no username or password required. You can start browsing and bidding immediately after your account is set up!

Yes! Creating an account and browsing auctions is completely free. You only pay when you win an auction.

Most auctions run for 1 to 7 days. You can place bids throughout the auction period, and the highest bidder wins when time expires.

You'll need to complete checkout and payment. You have a limited time to purchase your item before it becomes available to other buyers.

Yes! Many items have a "Buy Now" option that lets you purchase immediately at a set price.

If you win auctions but don't complete payment 3 times, you'll be temporarily unable to bid until you add a default payment method.

Currently we accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor. PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and other methods coming soon.

You must sign in to your account in order to bid. If you are logged in, then this could be due to being in the Penalty Box, payment issues, or technical problems. Check your account status or contact support.

All sales are final.

You are responsible for inspecting items in-store when you come to pick them up. No returns or exchanges will be accepted once the purchased items leave the store.

Non-Returnable Items:

Please note that we do not accept returns:

• Items returned in a different condition than when they were purchased
• Used Appliances
• Mattresses, bedding, linens, or towels

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us.

After order placement, you will be notified via email when your order is ready to be picked up. Orders are usually ready within 1-3 days. Pop in during regular store hours and let us know you are here to pick up your order. Please have your order number ready.

Please inspect your purchase carefully before leaving the store, as all sales are final. You have 7 days from being notified to come pick up your order before those items will be put back in stock and you will receive merchandise credit. If you need more time, please contact us at support@peg.com.
