What's a Peg Covered Order?
A Peg Covered Order is an online order that is paid, has at least one fulfilled line item, and that line item requires shipping (physical product). Excludes gift cards, services, shipping fees, and warranty items. You're only charged for orders that are actually covered — not your total order volume.

Are there any setup fees?
No. Peg is free to install through the Shopify App Store, and you start with a 90-day free trial. Pricing is purely usage-based.
How is billing handled?
Billing runs through Shopify with usage metered automatically. You'll see charges on your regular Shopify invoice.
Do I have to choose or upgrade a tier?
No. Tiers aren't something you select — the per-order rate adjusts automatically based on your monthly Peg Covered Order volume.
