Pick Up Details:
After order placement, you will be notified via email when your order is ready to be picked up. Orders are usually ready within 1-3 days. Pop in during regular store hours and let us know you are here to pick up your order. Please have your order number ready.
Please inspect your purchase carefully before leaving the store, as all sales are final. You have 7 days from being notified to come pick up your order before those items will be put back in stock and you will receive merchandise credit. If you need more time, please contact us at hello@therushmarket.com.
Rush Market Store hours:
Monday - Friday 11 am - 6 pm
Saturday 10 am - 6 pm
Sunday 12 pm - 6 pm
Return Details:
All sales are final.
You are responsible for inspecting items in-store when you come to pick them up. No returns or exchanges will be accepted once the purchased items leave the store.
Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that we do not accept returns:
- Items returned in a different condition than when they were purchased
- Used Appliances
- Mattresses, bedding, linens, or towels
